The Art of Adventure
We dance
We play

A simple sign on a grocery store shelf has gone viral, causing a storm of outrage among consumers who feel they’ve been misled by cereal maker Kellogg’s claims about its Kashi cereals. A Rhode Island grocer posted a note on the shelf where Kashi was supposed to be, saying he’d learned it wasn’t 100 percent natural after all, and therefore wasn’t carrying it anymore.
It turns out the soy in Kashi cereals comes from genetically modified Roundup-ready soybeans, which have a gene inserted in them that allows the crop to withstand otherwise lethal doses of the weed killer.
USA Today reported that consumers felt duped into believing that Kashi was all-natural when it’s noti. Their complaints were initially brushed off by Kashi general Manager David DeSouza, who told USA Today that since the FDA doesn’t regulate the term “natural,” the cereal maker has done nothing wrong by defining “natural” as minimally-processed with no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives or sweeteners.

After drinking 3/4 of a random bottle of Chinese wine, I find myself theorizing about life, love, happiness and the beauty of perspective.
Its hard not to wonder what’s possible in the world so tonight I find myself dwelling on possibilities and wondering what’s real. Is it possible that the souls of people in love are able to combine or merge in a way that allows for a completely new entity (derived from the two of them) to be created somewhere in time?
I’m thinking about this mostly because it feels possible and after a long period of not knowing it, I’ve come to know love. For most of my life, I didn’t feel it. For the bulk of my experience on this earth, I 100% did not believe in love.
But it’s strong. I learned all about what it is. I love life for showing me love. Something immaterial, but something constant and always born anew. Daily, if you let it.
Love is something that is not easily defined, therefore we can’t say that we know the implications of its existence. If anger, sadness, jealousy and envy actually have an observable effect on our environment, our global perspective, and even our motives, it seems as if love deserves as big of a shaping role in our lives.
Again, I love life for showing me love.
Love is another way for life to reproduce not just physical bodies but to also reproduce never-ending meaning for its existence.
